Biblumi Privacy Policy
Biblumi does not collect your reading activity. Your bookmarks, highlights, notes, and progress stay on your device.
Effective: August 6, 20261. Who is responsible
Biblumi is provided by MR Digital Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Düsseldorfer Straße 26, 51379 Leverkusen, Germany (“MR Digital Solutions,” “we,” or “us”).
Contact: [email protected]
2. Data collected by the Biblumi app
The Biblumi app does not collect or transmit personal data or reading activity to us.
- No account or login is required.
- No advertising or third-party analytics SDK is included.
- No cross-app or cross-website tracking is performed.
- No notes, searches, highlights, bookmarks, or reading progress are sent to our servers.
3. Information stored on your device
Biblumi stores reading preferences, progress, bookmarks, highlights, and notes locally on your device so the app can provide its core features. We cannot access this information. Removing the app may remove this local information. Depending on your device settings, Apple’s system backup services may include app data; those services are controlled by Apple and your Apple Account settings.
4. Sharing a verse
When you choose to share a verse image, Biblumi creates the image on your device and presents Apple’s system share sheet. Nothing is shared until you select a destination. The selected third-party service handles anything you send according to its own terms and privacy policy.
5. App Store purchase and distribution
Apple processes purchases, downloads, and App Store distribution. We do not receive your full payment details. Apple may provide developers with aggregated sales, installation, and performance information under Apple’s own privacy terms.
6. Biblumi website
This policy describes the app. The product, privacy, and support pages are hosted as part of mrdigitalsolutions.de. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure processes technical request information such as IP address, browser, requested page, and time to deliver and secure the website. The company website also uses first-party, cookieless audience measurement as described in the general MR Digital Solutions website privacy policy.
7. Support communication
If you email us, we process your email address, message, and any information you choose to include in order to answer your request. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed for the request and applicable legal obligations. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a support message.
8. Children
Biblumi does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The app has no account, social feature, advertising, or user-submitted online content.
9. Your choices and rights
Because Biblumi does not send your reading data to us, there is no server-side reading profile for us to access, export, or delete. You control the locally stored information through the app and by removing the app. For information you send through support, you may contact us to exercise applicable data-protection rights, including access, correction, restriction, objection, or deletion.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if Biblumi’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, communicated with an app update.
